Maintenance Plan

This Annual Maintenance Plan referred to as AMP is for the maintenance of air conditioning units and is an agreement on servicing & upkeep of the unit/units specified on this contract, this contract however excludes any and all major repairs and replacements that do not fall part of basic maintenance.

The responsibilities of Titan Air-Conditioning in contexts of this AMP include the following: 2x Service per unit per year, service includes and is limited to:

• Cleaning of Evaporator filters.

• Cleaning of condensing unit

• Gas leak and pressure test.

• Gas top up.

• Cleaning of evaporator unit circuit board.

• Cleaning of evaporator unit drum.

• Testing of joints and terminations on piping (leak detection)

Additional services included:

• One free call out per year (excludes repairs not covered under warrantee), additional cost will be applicable for emergency after hours call outs and additional visits.

• 1 Year Extended warranty on the unit/s covered under this AMP.
